Flying Dutchmen's indoor training session

If you live in a country of very few hills, and where temperatures rarely plunge far below freezing, how do you prepare for the extreme winter sport of ice cross downhill? Bart van Roosmalen and his Dutch team-mates found the answer by grabbing a pair of inline skates and hitting an indoor skatehall to get in some last-minute training ahead of jumping on a flight to Finland for the first race of 2014!
