Bio

Marco Dallago saw some videos of Red Bull Crashed Ice on the web; he wanted to try-out and qualified for his first race in Munich in 2011. A year later, Austria's Marco took his younger brother, Luca, to a practice track in Austria. It was the most insane feeling, but back then they were both very busy playing hockey. Their dream of having a professional hockey career was shut, but the door to the ice cross downhill world opened, so they joined the series and competed throughout the whole 2012-2013 season. Ahead of the 2014 Ice Cross Downhill World Championship, Luca Dallago, along with his brother, Marco, and their friend, Andreas Wirnstl, built a wooden track in a forest outside Graz, in Austria, to practice their ice cross downhill skills. With his background in hockey, Marco wanted to train on this course during the off-season and inspire other ice cross downhill riders to do the same and so they put together a short video called the Couch Garden Movie Project (that has over 88,000 views on YouTube).
