Do you need tickets to watch the event?
No, the event is free for all spectators.
When does the race start and when should I arrive at the track?
The weekend's main event, the ice cross downhill world championship race, starts on Saturday at 5pm. So get there early! Also on Friday, there's more action, with the Team Competition taking place at 6pm.

Where can I see the race?
Though none of the spectator areas cover the whole track, there are different spots to stand. From the start, you can see the beginning of the track and, in the middle, you can follow the difficult jumps and turns of the mid-section. From the bottom, you can see the last few corners and the finish line, as well as the rest of the track from the big videoscreen in the finish area. Each part of the track has its own excitement, so choose wisely. The ski resort's ski lifts are open during the whole event so you can take your skis or snowboard with you in order to change location.
Where can I park my car?
In front of Serena is a big parking lot, where you can leave your car. The parking lot has a limited amount of space so we recommend using public transportation. A parking ticket costs €5.
Where's the main entrance?
There's only one main entrance in front of Serena. You can't miss it!

Can I bring my own chair or umbrella to the event?
All chairs and umbrellas are prohibited. You must leave them at home!
Can I bring my own food and drink?
Bringing your own food or drink to the event is prohibited. The Serena Ice Café and restaurant Granina will both be open. You can also find tents in the finish area and in the middle of the track where you can purchase food and drink.
When does the competition end?
The winners will be presented at around 7pm.
Do we have to stop the party after the race?
Never! You can join us at the Red Bull Crashed Ice Official After Party at Sokos Hotel President, Helsinki, starting at 9pm. The phenomenal Disco Ensemble will own the stage, and be supported by former Ice Cross Downhill World Champion Arttu Pihlainen's own band, Funky Monkeys! Also joining the party are Uusi Perjantai DJ's (New Friday DJ's). Click here for tickets.

Is there a dress code?
Because it's a cold-weather event, warm clothing is advised!
